By accessing or using PilotLeadGen — including our website at pilotleadgen.com, our application at https://pilotleadgen-app.vercel.app, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, waitlist members, and any person who accesses or uses any part of our platform in any way.

02 About PilotLeadGen

PilotLeadGen is a guided Google Ads campaign builder designed to help beginners and business owners set up, build, and launch Google Ads campaigns step by step.

Our platform provides:

• Step-by-step guidance for creating and setting up a Google Ads account
• Campaign structure, keyword, and ad copy guidance
• A guided launch process to help users move their campaigns live inside Google Ads
• Educational content, checklists, and beginner-safe setup tools

03 Eligibility

To use PilotLeadGen, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under the laws of your country or jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining the waitlist

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

04 User Accounts

When you create an account with PilotLeadGen, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account
• Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, have been inactive for an extended period, or are found to be in violation of these Terms.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PilotLeadGen only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform without our permission
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the platform to build or distribute competing products or services without prior written consent
• Violate Google’s Terms of Service when using content or guidance generated by PilotLeadGen

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of these acceptable use provisions, including suspending or terminating your account.

06 Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

PilotLeadGen offers a free plan that includes access to account setup guidance, beginner checklists, and onboarding tools. The free plan does not require a credit card and has no time limit.

Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans (such as the Starter and Pro plans) provide access to additional features including the campaign builder, keyword generation, ad copy tools, and launch guides. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your active subscription, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice before the change takes effect.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the PilotLeadGen platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and campaign templates — are the exclusive property of PilotLeadGen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own business purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any platform content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on our platform or content
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer your access rights to any third party

Your Content

Any business information, data, or content you input into PilotLeadGen remains your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to provide the service to you.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

PilotLeadGen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any campaign guidance, keywords, or ad copy we generate will produce specific advertising results
• The platform will meet your specific business requirements in every case

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotLeadGen and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
• Any advertising spend losses incurred from campaigns launched using our guidance
• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Any conduct of third parties, including Google, in connection with your use of the platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

10 Third-Party Integrations

PilotLeadGen integrates with or references third-party services including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services connected to PilotLeadGen is at your own risk.

In particular, your Google Ads account, campaigns, billing, and ad spend are governed by Google’s Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to comply with Google’s policies when running ads.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PilotLeadGen at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, our users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• Notify registered users via email where required
• Post a notice on the PilotLeadGen website

Your continued use of PilotLeadGen after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

13 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PilotLeadGen shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
